Responsibilities:

  • Assist superior in daily administrative duties
  • Answering phone call in proper courtesy, manners, promptly and message accordingly
  • Maintaining and responsible to update filling system,keeping record, data entry etc.
  • Any Ad hoc task assign by superior.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent Basic computer literacy especially in Microsoft Office
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin, English & Malay
  • Able to multitasks
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
