Ensure execution of Field Sales Plans & Activities for channels to deliver sustainable channel growth growth.

Your responsibilities would be to:

To ensure LTP Field Sales team sells according to Nestle Must Have List to General Trade customers in order to meet the sales target and market shares objectives

Develop and Coach LTP sales force effectively to execute field sales & key account activities to drive sustainable growth and enhance market share by continuously increasing Winning Stores through WIES

To win the Customers' trust and loyalty by preparing and sharing the business plan

To interface between Field Sales Team; Channel and Field Planning Team

Leading the Field Sales Team and the operation best practices.

Gather insights & information’s market intelligence.

You must have the following:

Degree in any related discipline with min 5 years working experience in sales and over this period, has successfully delivered KPIs

Must have Leadership skills and Capacity to understand all sales functions i.e : CCSD, Customer and Field

Had an experience in managing sales team

Ability to adapt and excel in dynamic environment

Familiar with Territorial Coverage
