Senior Human Resources Manager (Generalist) – (5348/NT)
Working with a fast-growing multinational company in the Manufacturing industry. They are looking for a committed Senior Human Resources Manager to join their team.
Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all human resources functions, covering Compensation and Benefits, Payroll, Recruitment, Learning and Development, Industrial and Employee Relations. You will have to liaise with the state government frequently to ensure all human resources matters are aligned with the Employment Act. You will be the first contact point between the local staff and the headquarters. As our client is focused on their talent, you will develop appropriate Talent Management, Compensation and Benefits strategies to nurture competent employees.
To be successful in this role, you will need at least 8 years of relevant experience and 5 years of managerial background. It will be advantageous if you have hands-on experience in Human Resources Operations. Strong communication skills are required for this position as you will be dealing with the stakeholders on a regular basis.
