This individual plays a critical role as the liaison between the Partner management team, Marketing and Sales teams, other Business Units and other OEM partners in South Asia. In this capacity, he/she will be the key operations support for the local sales and marketing teams for In and Client Solutions Group (CSG), as it pertains to partner opportunities; partner requirements; program development and execution; and general business related to delivering against specific Partner Funding goals. In this case partner is referred to as OEM Partners for Dell Technologies eg Intel, Microsoft.

He/She will be the operations support working independently with Partner Management Regional Lead for these partners, managing funds from OEM partner and driving programs for Infrastructure Solution Group (ISG) and CSG related opportunities across South Asia based in Penang. Also, responsible for maintaining on-going relationships with strategic partners and internal stakeholders (including VF Finance, C&C). Assist Partner Management Country lead to build partner management plans in cooperation with segment marketing and sales teams.

Principal Accountabilities:
  • Support in planning cycle with Regional/country lead with stakeholders for next quarter's / in quarter's programs / activities.
  • Consolidate SOW once finalized from stakeholders, ensure accuracy on program details and create ART ID for IIF activities. Work with C&C and stakeholders where applicable for Intel, Microsoft, AMD, McAfee, etc on guidelines and compliance of program before execution.
  • Maintain and distribute program tracker/SOW details to C&C and stake holders on weekly basis.
  • Weekly CTB tracking of VF programs to forecast
  • Weekly alignment call with stakeholders to get update on program status
  • To process Intel STF/DCS request, coordinate meet comp template submission with sales/CoC to review and complete. Inform Intel Ops/Intel Lead for account tracking purposes. Submit meetcomp template to Intel for approval.
  • Review all risks assessment (claw back/goodness) released by Finance/Operation Lead with stake holders and C&C.
  • Acts as VF SME (subject matter expert) for local teams
  • To assist country lead on timely and accurate outlook process
  • Consolidate final accrual number from CTB and review with C&C team for expected landing, updates changes if any. Participate in alignment call with C&C where applicable (WK 10-11). Final WK 13 alignment if needed.
Requirements:
  • College BA or BS degree required
  • 5+ years of IT industry experience
  • 1+ years Alliance/partner community experience preferable
  • Must be available to travel when needed
  • Good communication, presentation skills and ability to collaborate well with both internal and external resources and customers
Preferences: * Previous knowledge of Dell Enterprise products and services is a plus
  • Strong existing relationships with strategic partners (Intel, MSFT) will be given preference
  • Prior experience with sales/marketing preferred
