- Handle full set account and administrative work
- Manage on accounts receivable and follow up payment status
- Analytical aptitude with problem solving skills
- Able to attend all correspondences email etc in respect of the projects
- Processing sales quotation, supplier PO, customer invoice
- Coordinator with clients & vendor for order and delivery matters Liaise with auditor, accounting firm, banker and other external service
- Perform any ad-hoc task assign by management
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 to 3-year experience in accounting & admin scope of work Proficient in MS office & Autocount accounting system
- Team player with good communication skills
- Able to work independently & take initiative to complete tasks given
