- Record management
- Prepare payment vouchers, issuance of cheques / bank transfers and all other required paperwork for business operations such as purchase orders
- Maintain proper record keeping and organisation of filing system.
- Responsible on day to day finance and accounts administration tasks.
- Data entry of all invoice received
- Responsible in monitoring employee's leave application and daily attendance performance.
- Process staff claim & cash purchases etc.
- Applicants must have experience in doing full set of accounts using UBS software or equivalent (Auto count).
- Have experience to do monthly and yearly accounting report (SST report may be required for future).
- Skills - Accounting , payroll, admin
