We are expanding rapidly in the region and in the international market due to our expansions we are recruiting a number of new positions in Kuala Lumpur, Penang and Langkawi.
Technical Support Manager– (Kuala Lumpur)
Provide presales support and post sales support for XPossible HSIA system, XPossible Live! digital signage IPTV systems, network solutions to hotels, chain restaurants, chain stores, shopping centers, etc..
· Must have minimum 3 years of working experiences in supporting or implementing IT systems and network for an organization
· Must have IT qualifications and familiar with LAN, Wifi networks
· Good to be able to communicate and present product well in good English
The candidate must have sound IT knowledge able to learn and understand IT solutions and analyze and resolve network, systems problems with clear mind when under pressure.
Ideally the candidate can also communicate and present to senior management about a problem situation or business benefit of a technical solution. Remuneration will commensurate with experiences.
Base Salary Range – RM 4k to 6k + Allowances + Bonuses
