- Handle online booking system, tally up and record.
- Follow instruction from head of department or management
- Fully assist customer needed
- Pick up phone and handling for call in client
- Follow up customer details and up coming client daily
- Communicate to customer with smiling and good attitude, maintain good relationship with all customer, owner.
- Ensure company asset tally and recording
- Protecting company assets from customer
- Liaise and cooperation with all department
- Implement and maintain effective administration procedures regarding
- Ensure compliance of SOPs, agreements and Rules & Regulation of necessary authorities
- Liaise with Customers, Online system person in charge,
- Attend & Correspond to all enquiries
- Verification of petty cash claims
- Monthly sales report & summary
- Candidate must know how to read and speak in English, Malay.
- Candidate must have multitasking thinking
- Required skills: Customer service, Microsoft office
- Applicants must willing to work in Kota Tinggi, Desaru
- Weekends and public holiday on duty
- Preferably experience in Hotel Line
