Headcount: 1 headcount

Tenure: 9 months contract

Remuneration: Basic salary

Responsibilities:

Planning for future jobs for contracts & fix price agreement.

Distribute picking list

Briefing for or from technicians regarding last jobs/upcoming jobs.

Follow up with customers via calls or emails

Open jobs & order parts

Assigned jobs in MAM2.

Make sure all needed documents are prepared before close jobs (signed service reports (MAM2), if don't have, need to follow up with technicians.)

Invoice jobs which are done for costing

Filling all the invoices copies

Send out invoices to customers

Key in tracking data that send out documents to customers

Open contract

Filling contract copies

Invoice for service contract

Invoice for Fix price agreement which are pay-per-job contract.

Settle request from customers, service report/invoices. Sometimes customers need previous status of jobs, need to do some study in order to know the historical problems.

Adhoc request from contract customers for urgent breakdown and plan technician to do checking.

Request from sales or other bosses or marketing regarding customer's updates.

Need to do follow up with customer regarding their adhoc request.

Need to do follow up regarding customer's PO regarding their adhoc request.

Register Niosh Training for technicians.

Follow up payment with finance before training date.

Issues e=PO for vendors.

Print monthly attendance.

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma level with 1 year related experience..

Sub Specialization : Administration;Administration Support

Type of Employment : Permanent

Minimum Experience : 1 Year
