What we want you to do...

Part-timer Payroll:
  • Perform monthly New staff Creation by using the SAP system.
  • Communicate with payroll outsource parties and S&M on the payroll process and data entries.
  • Perform the monthly Part Timer salaries processes.
Administration:
  • Office maintenance (Q Sentral, Northpoint Training Center) – Repairing/Servicing, Plants, Water Dispenser, pest control, fire extinguisher, pantry, cleaner, etc...
  • Key in customer profile card – on going
  • Replace front office when as required
  • Participate Pop up/Corporate sale/Warehouse stock take when required
  • By line report/voucher cutting when required
  • Perform other related admin/marketing duties as and when require
Key Results/ Measures:
  • Compilation of Part-timer’s commission and wages.
  • Part-timers’ payroll.
  • Preparation of Personal Use.
  • Office maintenance
Requirements

Who we’re looking for…
  • Minimum 1-2 year of administration procesess.
  • Strong organization skills and consulting skills.
  • Strong skill in Excel/Power Point/Word.
  • Have good time management skills, High energy and superb follow-through.
  • Able to set priorities right and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent in both verbal and written communications in English
  • Experienced in SAP system will be added advantage
  • People oriented with good interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experienced in retail / fast moving background
