Innovative projects that deliver cutting edge results do not run themselves. Project and Program Management within Business Support ensure projects run seamlessly, from start to finish. Our team manages projects or leads others managing projects — ensuring cross-functional teams work collaboratively and effectively. We oversee initial plans, set budgets, track project activities and communicate milestones to key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for leading a defined project activity or module of a small project. Defines, allocates and monitors appropriate tasks within area of responsibility. Provides direction and guidance to project team, while making recommendations to senior management as necessary. Works on assignments where considerable judgment and initiative are required in resolving problems and making choices, recommendations, or decisions. Regularly exercises discretion and independent judgment on business matters. Assumes responsibility to improve service, efficiency and quality of work. Identifies priorities and resources relative to each initiative, project or program. Maintains awareness of trends, business conditions and internal process and practices impacting project/program(s). Essential Requirements: 2+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent experience. Ability to lead, motivate and direct a work group. Intermediate communication skills Ability to work in a team environment. Intermediate problem solving skills. Ability to work in team environment and work effectively with senior management. Detail oriented. Desirable Requirements: Have knowledge of technical skills, including to develop and/or maintain dashboards, such as but not limited to Power BI, Tableau, advanced MS Excel and macros.
