- To handling of, and taking responsibilities for, customer enquiries made via phone, fax and e-mail or other conversation involving sales staff where appropriate.
- Business deal with domestic market/Thailand/China/Singapore/Sri Lanka.
- To process and liaise with external and internal customer as required on the drawing and order.
- Daily correspondent on problem solving related to product/service.
- To process sales orders preparation technical drawing to production, global sourcing and develop a good business relationship with clients.
- Cost calculation and make offer to customer, work with customers to meet their needs and to be alert on delivery requirement.
- To carry out adhoc task or duties assigned by HOD from time to time.
Education and Qualification:
- Candidate must possess at least SPM/"O"Level, STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or any field.
- Required skill(s): Communication skill, MS Office
- Required Language(s): English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Applicant must be willing work in Prai.
- Full-Time position available. Applicant with working experience in related to customer service will be added advantage.
