JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. DIRECT SALES SUPPORT

- Daily Sales Fiqure Report

- Follow up & update sales teams on all queries or assistance requested.

- Process MPR and follow up on whole process flow plus tracking

- HTO premises and expenses tracking report

- Generate Activation and IS Report for Direct Sales

- Tracking Report of Tablet. MYCARD reader and Demo Set issuance and return

- Storm for Direct Sales and Commercial sales

- Documentation for sales team from recruitment to resignation

- Prepare leaque table report

2. RETAIL SUPPORT

- Update Retailers' daily activation report - GF/Njoi/VAS

- Manage Retailers' stock order and issuance

- Manage Retailers stock allocation by superior

- Update, process and tracking for STORM forms

- Manage MDs' stock order and stock issurance.

- Assist MDs compile the retailers nJOI Prepaid coupons order.

- Handling incoming calls, whatapps and emails from retailers related to pending account creation, activation, cancellation, problem account, stock and campaign details and issues

- Clarify ambiguities & errors faced by retailers through AMSS sub & report immediately for a better solution

- Update retailer stock count for company stock management

- Update Retailers’ Performance Report

- Process Retailers' Payment Advice.

- Send commission report to Retailers

- Update Retailers' Master List

- Process Retailers' Activation Missing Claims.

- Changes of existing account (retailer) - update VMMF & CMMF

- Update retailers latest Campaign Promotion and sales related Information.

- To check and identify aging inventory report provided by warehouse to ensure retailer always perform FIFO requirement

- Process request for all sales Materials/ POSM and/or other related requests.

- Follow up & update sales teams on all queries or assistance requested.

- Provide simulation and analysis to identify sales prospect for sales team to generate better development plan

- Update result for nationwide promotion/challenge and LSP for sales team

- Check and process new retailer recruitment documents

- Check supplier quotations and prepare MPR's to support sales activities

3. REGIONAL SUPPORT

- Upkeep and maintenance of sales office inclusive of office equipment and assets

4. INSTALLER SUPPORT

- Installer clawback posting
  • REQUIREMENTS (ESSENTIAL)
- SPM/STPM
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Melayu (spoken and written)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/ Words
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Good analytic mind
  • Basic accounting and SAP skills
