Job Requirement

- Diploma / Degree in Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Business Administration or equivalent

- Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in Logistics or Freight Forwarding industry with PROVEN sales track record. Those with lesser years of experience may be considered for Senior Executive

- Knowledge in 3PL/ Contract Logistics will be an added advantage

- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Good attitude, independent and self motivated

- Strong presentation skills with fluency in both written & spoken English

- Attractive commission structure on top of basic salary

- Possess own vehicle

Job Responsibilities

- To activate sales & business development for air freight product as per KPI set;

- To maintain good relationship with customers and airlines;

- To undertake MNC business development;

- To promote Dimerco brand name in the market;

- To define, develop and implement the business plan for territory;

- To obey company Credit Management Policy and ensure AR collection in time;

- To fully utilize eSAM system;

- To maintain good relationship with agent partners;

- Perform any special duties or projects as assigned by the management.
