Job Title

Manager, Campaign Management & Site Merchandising

Reports To

Head, Digital Marketing & Sales

Role Purpose

Accountable for the online revenue generation through digital marketing campaign programs in accordance with the overall revenue and campaign performance KPIs.

Key Accountability
  • Implement and execute campaigns across paid channels - search engine optimisation, display, affiliate programs, metasearch engines and programmatic display marketing campaigns jointly with the regional and country sales & marketing teams to ensure that campaigns are aligned with the overall online revenue strategy and global marketing and brand communications plans
  • Analyse performance of these campaigns, identifying key success metrics, working with the Digital Analytics Team to ensure end-to-end tracking in place for ROI (Return of Investment) analysis of all activities and continuously optimise and adapt campaigns and initiatives
  • Responsible to co-ordinate campaign execution on owned properties (MH.com and Mobile) aligned with Brand and Marcomms department to ensure a consistent, compliant and constantly refreshed Malaysia Airlines presence
  • Build and lead a team by planning and coordinating through respective training, round table session, seminars, with digital partners such as Adobe, Google, Facebook etc
  • Build an optimisation strategy for www.malaysiaairlines.com through personalization, testing and targeting approach and execute timely as project timeline
Qualification & Experience

Degree in Marketing, Communication Design or Business Administration with 8-10 years experience in Digital Marketing Management in an international B2C company or with a digital marketing agency

Skills & Knowledge
  • Familiar with Programmatic Marketing techniques, Search Engine Marketing, Affiliate Programs, Metasearch Engines
  • Analytical and able to work with large amounts of data to ensure maximum ROI of marketing spent
  • Hand's on experience with a Marketing Cloud solutions
  • Managed a marketing team directly and previously led multiple agencies and marketing partners to execute global marketing plans
Key Challenges
  • Ability to work with limited budget and squeeze maximum efficiency out of the marketing budget
  • Multiple stakeholders for certain campaign with possibility of different KPI and objective
  • Work within a very dynamic business environment with the ability to balance longer-term plans with ad-hoc initiatives
