Personal Assistant


o Diploma in Private Secretarial.

o At least three (3) years’ experience as Personal Assistant to CEO.

o Previous experience in a hospital environment is preferable but not essential.

o Provide efficient day to day secretarial and administrative support including all minutes taking.

o Provide timely, effective diary management by prioritizing and organizing meetings.

o Able to handle multitasking job and work independently with minimum supervision.

o Able to undertake special assignment and ad-hoc duties as and when necessary.

o Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

o Enthusiastic and self-motivated.

o Ability to interact within a multidisciplinary team.
