- Responsible for the day to day Pastry operations which includes controlling quality and quantity of produced items, menu planning, hygiene standard, communicating and training of staff.
- Take responsibility for the Bakery, Desserts and Pastry sections.
- Ensure the food quality is always of high standards.
- Diploma/ Degree in Hotel & Food Preparation Management.
- Preferably has experience working in either a luxury restaurant or a 5* hotel background.
- Must be a friendly, helpful and trustworthy leader
- Knowledge of HACCP and Food Safety Management System is an advantage.
