Job Responsibility

  • Handle inbound calls for Domino's Pizza order taking
  • Process customer’s order
  • Tactfully and professionally attend to customer queries / concerns via phone
  • Adhere to escalation procedures of handling customer concerns at all times
  • To comply on any special or additional tasks assigned from time to time by the superior and management.

Venue: Wisma Domino’s

4, Jalan Kontraktor U1/14, Seksyen U1 Hicom Glenmarie Industrial Park,

40150 Shah Alam, Selangor.
  • More than 18 years’ old.
  • Minimum SPM.
  • Good Command of English and Bahasa Melayu (written/spoken).
  • Excellent communication skill.
  • Students, fresh graduates and retirees are encouraged to apply.
  • Basic computer knowledge needed and training will be provided.
  • Possess own transport.
  • Able to come for training and to work at Wisma Domino’s Hicom Glenmarie, Shah Alam.
  • Must be able to work on Friday, Saturday and Sunday (min 4 hours from 10am – 10pm).
  • Must be able to work on Weekdays Lunch rush (11am – 2pm) / Dinner rush (6pm – 10pm).
  • Does not have any health problem that prevents working on rotating/night shift.
  • Malaysian only.
