- Provide full administrative / coordination support to the Sales Team.
- To work closely with other departments within the organization on all customer related affairs.
- Project tracking and compile sales report.
- Maintain proper filling system to ensure documents are traceable in an efficient manner.
- Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- At least 2 years of Sales Secretarial & Admin working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good command of Verbal & Written: Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Must be computer literate and knowledge in SAP as added advantage.
