Receptionist cum Accounts Clerk

Job Responsibility

  • Attend to patient registration,payment collection, incoming and outgoing calls.
  • Arrange appointment by calls and SMS.
  • Record taking & pictures processing
  • Provide luxury customer service levels to all patients.
  • Monitor and control the stock of Clinic stationery and pantry items.
  • Handling of basic accounts
  • Ensure good housekeeping at the Reception and lobby area.
  • Assist in staff welfare activities.
  • Provide general administrative support to Doctor and main company operations (outdoor activities)
Job Requirements

  • Having a good command of the Mandarin / Cantonese language is an advantage
  • Beauty Savy.
  • Pleasant personality and excellent communication skills.
  • Comfortable in talking to patient and customer
  • Updated with latest trends,fashion, technology.
  • Proficient in MS Office Words & Power Point, Excel and knowledge in software like Adobe for picture and video editing
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
  • High integrity and able to keep information confidential
  • Medically Healthy, Honest and Friendly
