Job Responsibility

  • Update Claim estimation & Quarterly report (sell thru, target, program, etc)
  • Prepare summary for all provision & audit schedule
  • Prepare claim & expenditure report follow up by email reminder weekly
  • RA incentive claim monitoring & payment
  • Coordinate with product head (internal & external)
  • Contra AR & AP on CN / DN received
  • Key in Supplier invoice & Utilities payment
  • Other Ad hoc assignment
Job Requirements

  • Minimum LCCI Higher Diploma / equivalent qualifications
  • Posses good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work independently
  • Computer literate & able to work long hours
