Job Responsibility

  • Daily in-process quality control
  • checking on the manufacturing process from preparation to finished product and ready to distribute – verify the weighing process, ingredients used, cooking process, blast chilling and blast freezing process, loading process and make sure all the recording activity is carried out by worker
  • weight of product – check on each portions of the product to make sure it met its net weight
  • Sanitation and Cleaning – verify the sanitizer prepared (for utensil, clothes and foot bath), verify the cleaning process and to make sure recording activity is carry out by worker
  • Ingredients traceability – Lot number assigned and label to each ingredient. Ensure all ingredients in stock/ used are still within expiry date. To fill in the lot number into scaling list of each product produced.
  • In house water quality checking
  • checking on water pH weekly
  • Send out for chemical and chlorine analysis yearly
  • Make sure the backwash process is carry on by the worker weekly
  • In-coming material QC checking and Verification Raw materials – major & minor
  • packing materials – label, pp/AL tray, sealing film
  • Lot number – raw material and packing material receiving logbook
  • Finished product Quality Control Checking on finished product to ensure correct label used and stamped with batch code and expiry date, sealing (tightly sealed).
  • Arrange product for lab testing according to schedule
  • Revised the results and take corrective action and preventive measures if necessary
  • Storage Management Always practice FIFO (First in first out) or FEFO (First expired first out)
  • Make sure material store properly (as required on the material)
  • Nothing can be store/ place directly on the floor and against the wall – to ensure no harboring of pest
  • Raw product store segregate from cooked product
  • Segregated rejected and approved product storage – to prevent mix up
  • Label the rejected and approved product with identical label
  • Make sure the cold room is clean and tidy and each product/ material store in organize for easy access and search
  • To propose any write off stocks/ materials with valid reason.
  • Make sure chilled products are store in ante-room to avoid freeze up
  • Reduce the frequency of entering the cold room and do not open 2 doors at the same time to avoid temperature jumped high
  • To ensure the temperature checking is carry on by the worker every day and check on the record
  • To make sure no personal belongings or foods store in dry store, this including their boots and production coat.
Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree
  • Required language (s): English, Bahasa Melayu
  • At least 2year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
