Qualification : Minimum qualification of SPM or equivalent.
Experience/ Competency : Minimum 1 year working experiences as technician.
1) To assist team leader in fabrication, installation, testing and repair of retail equipment at customer premise.
2) Accept customers feedback & report to team leader
Specified Requirement(s) : Compulsory to follow company's safety guidelines at work
Must wear appropriate Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) at work.
1.) To handle installation/ repairs/ servicing of retail equipment according to Team Leader Instruction.
2.) Provide repair & maintainance services to customer according to work schedule or on call basis for emergency case.
3.) Follow safety guidelines set by The Company/ Customer/ Team leader according each working environment.
4.) Ensure safe keeping of personal protection equipment (PPE), technical tooling, ladder, copper pipe, spare parts, retail equipment, performing preventive maintenance for techinical tooling, change PPE when necessary according to requirements.
5.) Provide feedback to Team Leader for any issue at work to ensure safety & customer satisfaction.
6.) Support Sales & Service Engineer and perform any other duties as requested by the Team Leader.
