Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Malaysia is recruiting on behalf of a leading multinational company with a core focus on manufacturing industrial pumps and valves. As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least three years’ experience for the job of Marketing Executive. The job is based in Shah Alam and this position will be reporting to the Managing Director.

Key job responsibilities include:
  • Executing all marketing communications tasks for the company and activities within the marketing department. Upkeep all marketing documentations.
  • Drive the planning and execution of marketing plan in alignment to company direction.
  • Involve in support and maintenance of company website. Ensure relevant information regarding all projects / projects are constantly updated.
  • To manage and organize suitable seminars for customers. Participate in any marketing exhibition when needed.
  • To perform market research, competitor analysis, monitoring, and customer satisfaction survey.
  • Maintain regular follow up of regional issues decided in various meetings. Support Regional President ASIA SOUTH in regional assignments, projects and meetings.
  • Preparation of various presentations as required.
  • To organize exhibition to upkeep company branding
  • To assist in marketing documents and brochures write ups.
  • Support regional companies for marketing issues, as required.
  • Regular update to Regional President on the strategy key projects / country strategy 2018 / action plan & measures.
  • Managing marketing budget vs expenses.
  • Others ad-hoc work is assigned to you by your superior or management from time to time
Key job requirements include:
  • Min Diploma Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the similar position.
  • Experience in Multinational Organisation will be added advantage.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Effective communication skills
  • Good time management skill and systematic.
  • Ability to pick up product knowledge and respond fast to requirement.
