Duties & Responsibilities
 
  • Responsible for handling and preparation full set of accounts and daily accounting task.
  • To update Daily Data Link Online and thereafter to print Financial and KPI Report Monthly.
  • Monthly General Ledger Reconciliations.
  • Ensuring all Revenue & Expenses are fully accounted and allocate according to each cost centre.
  • Retrieve financial report from Customize Season Parking Online Website and thereafter prepare Season Parking analysis and payment received online.
  • Update Cash Books and thereafter prepare weekly cash flow and submit to management and conduct monthly bank reconciliation.
  • To ensure timely payment especially Car Park Rental to respective Landlords and all statutory payment to Inland Revenue Department & HP & Leasing Co.
  • Handle Petty cash payment.
  • To ensure and checked that Supplier Invoices are posted correctly to MYOB and expenses are allocated to the correct cost centre.
  • Prepares Sales invoices, requisitions and other documents for processing and thereafter to follow up payment.
  • To maintain timely and accurate accounts reporting especially month end closing before 7th of each following month.
  • Ability to work in team and good sense of responsibility and commitment.
  • Responsible to prepare inter-company account and kept proper record.
  • To ensure financial procedures and internal control are kept under continuous review and improvement.
  • To ensure accounting records and systems are in compliance with company’s policies statutory law and regulations.
  • Liaise with external auditors and monitors the preparation of annual statutory accounts and company tax related.
  • Maintain proper record and organization of the filing system.
  • Responsible for day-to-day finance and accounts administration task.
  • Any other duties that may be assigned by your immediate superior.
  • Reporting to Finance Manager, CEO and Executive Director.
 
REQUIREMENTS
 
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Cantonese
  • FLUENT SPEAK IN ENGLISH is required.
  • At least 4 to 5 Year(s) of working experience in Finance Management or related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): MYOB, EXCEL, WORD.
  • Must have strong organizational skill with ability to prioritize task to meet timeline.
  • Knowledge in SST is required.
  • The attractive salary will be given depending on experience and qualification.
  • Ability to work in team and good sense of responsibility and commitment.
 
Salary Range: RM3500 to RM5000 according to experience.
