- Key in the data into the system and sorting date when is required.
- Prepare weekly and monthly report.
- Responsible for arranging courier service provider pickup and delivery.
- Maintain proper and updated filing and document processing.
- Coordinate with stores and business partners for smooth daily operation maintenance.
- Ensure all executed projects are well documented for future referral purpose.
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as and when required.
- Possess at least a Primary/ Secondary School/ STPM/ “O” Level/ Higher Secondary/ STPM/ “A” Level/ Pre-U, Professional Certificates in any field.
- Basic computer literate.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Required language (s): Basic Malay, English & Chinese
