- Responsible to perform outbound calls proactively, handle incoming opportunity calls, and showcase product via video call to prospects.
- Aggressively using appropriate sales tools/script, product knowledge provided and communication skill, to generate sales qualified leads and assign to BD team accordingly.
- Ensure all calls and leads are recorded accordingly in our database timely and accurately
- To work closely with BD team and managers and achieve monthly target.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Telemarketing, Call centre
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Sales - Telesales/Telemarketing or equivalent.
- Sales oriented and excellent communication skills to communicate fluently on the phone
- Good writing skills for emails to secure appointments
