Job Description:

-          Compiling and reviewing of information for BQ in respect of project tendered.

-          Reviewing pricing and profitability of each project to be tendered.

-          Oversee measurement of quantities by project team.

-          Oversee the issuance of quotation and work order to sub-contractor.

-          Responsible for company project claims and certificates from clients.

-          Assist in estimates of construction cost

-          Computation of cost and prices

-          Assist in cash flow monitoring

-      Compilation of supplier quotation including taking off, enquiry for quotation, and price negotiation.

-          Prepare material schedules and deliveries and wastage control.

-          Sub-contractors progress payment, debit notes and variation orders.

-          As built site measurement and taking off.

-          Must be able to work independently.

Requirements:

-          Candidate must process at least Bachelor’s Degree/Professional Degree in Quantity Survey

-          At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field (infrastructure, especially water works) is required for this position.

-          Preferably Senior Executive specialized in QS or equivalent.

-          Knowledge in Mandarin is a preferred due to dealing with China client.
