- Maintain proper record and organize of filing system
- Responsible for day to day finance and accounts administration task
- Maintain and update daily bank records
- Check staff expenses claims
- Check and update all purchasing bills
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation and creditors payment
- Key in all accounting data for preparation of monthly and year financial statement
- Any other ad hoc assignment
- Posses at least SPM and Diploma in Accounting, Finance
- Familiar with accounting software, eg: UBS, SQL, Auto Count and etc.
- Excellent math skills and the ability to spot numeric errors
- Able to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Experience in Accounting work, esp keeping full set accounts an added advantage
