-          Manage the entire spectrum of HR function, including Recruitment & Staffing, Manpower Planning, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations & Training & Development.

-          Experience in handling foreign worker issues, and know the procedure to apply new foreign worker, renewal permit, FOMEMA & etc.

-            Planning of company events or activities on occasions by management’s approval

-       Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process via sourcing and screening the candidates by resume shortlisting, phone interview and personal interview with coordination with the concerned departments and background verification of the shortlisted candicates

-       To assist in Human Resource matters, including interview schedule arrangement, staff welfare, staff monthly claim checking, etc

-          Update staff attendance record, leave record

-          Taking care office maintenance (cleanliness, food, stationery supply, etc)

-       Maintain HR filling system and any other HR related administration such as employees’ personal file, training records, medical, etc

-         Conduct orientation program and briefing to new employee

-         Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee’s termination

-         Handle office interactions with outside visitors. This includes greeting and directing guests, answering phone inquiries, and handling requests or complaints in a professional manner.

-          Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms.

-          Maintain files with confidentiality in an easily accessible format

-          Coordinate communication between various departments, schedule meetings.

-          Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

-       Manage and monitor payment for utilities bill and expenses including water electricity, rental, quit rent, petrol, etc

-          Manage and monitor petrol card and touch and go card usage

-          Generate memos, emails and reports when appropriate

-          Revise and update company policies and Rules & Regulations from time to time.

-       Advise management on HR related issues in compliance with Malaysia Employment Act 1955.

-          Participate any ad hoc clerical job as assigned by superior/ HOD
