Main Responsibilities :

To manage & lead subordinates to carry out their working objectives, technical advice, job preparation to perform project & field service job task effectively. Manage & oversees the planning, implementation and tracking of projects & field service jobs.


  • Define the scope of the project / job task in collaboration with superior & Sales Dept
  • Create a detailed work plan for the activities needed in order to successfully complete the task
  • Determine / suggest  the resources (manpower - subordinates & contractors, tools, materials, schedule, etc) required to complete the task
  • Develop a schedule for task completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities
  • Review tasks schedule with superior and all other staff from time to time; revise the schedule as required to ensure the successful completion of the task
  • Determine the objectives and measures upon which the task and will be evaluated at its completion
  • Ensure the team execute the task according to the plan
  • Use existing / develop (if necessary) forms and records to document all tasks activities
  • Set up / update files to ensure that all task information is appropriately documented and secured
  • Establish a communication schedule to update related parties in the organization on the progress of the project / task
  • Review the quality of the work completed with the team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the company standards
  • Prepare & summit reports on the project / task to management and customer timely
  • Communicate and leverage with customer & Sales Team based on agreement or contract
  • Monitor all budgeted expenditures and report to superior on a regular basis
  • Manage all job task funds according to established accounting policies and procedures
  • Prepare reports and supporting documentation for customer billing according to agreement or contract
  • Ensure subordinate monitoring subcontractors to ensure guidelines are maintained
  • Use our best know-how to troubleshoot, report & advice customer on system operation or arrange vendor to troubleshoot system
  • Perform Sales Support, Service Contract team upon request
  • Fast respond to attend & troubleshoot system abnormality
  • Inform & advise customer for parts, plant or system abnormality & improvement and suggest actions or the best practices to customer.
  • Ensure the team has good housekeeping after work
  • Ensure job order / work order completed with Service Report & necessary document by the team
  • Periodically arrange meeting for the team to update, discuss team activities or issue arise


  • Lead, manage, provide guidance and advise to subordinate
  • Ensure the team provide proper service to customer or execute project according to Contract / Agreement
  • Lead subordinate or sub-contractor to perform necessary job task effectively
  • Carry out or arrange “On Job Training” to subordinates when necessary
  • Encouraging team spirit & staff ownership


  • Apply the Safety procedures for operations bound to their activities
  • Ensure subordinate and subcontractor follow company & customer safety rules & requirement.
  • Report any safety incident to management immediately



  • Ensure the team applies the Quality procedures for operations bound to their activities
  • Ensure the team meets all requirement as stated in the SOP document
  • Ensure the team updates ISO document / report accordingly



  • At least 5 year(s) of experience in Water treatment industry with similar role in Project Execution or Field Service job experiences
  • At least 5 year(s) of experience in Water treatment industry with hands on experience with similar role in Project Execution or Field Service job experiences
