- Handle customer service department & administration job.
- Ensure all enquiries during working hours are answered or follow up during next day.
- Reporting all done & pending cases to superior by daily basis.
- Handle basic operation work such as admin approval, latest news updates & etc.
- Office based job. Might need travel overseas if needed.
- Attention to details and problem solving skills.
- Manage with ad-hoc matters.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed!
- Good spoken and written in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Required Skill: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Words and Microsoft Powerpoint.
- Able to work independently with problem solving skills.
- Able to travel to outstation when assigned.
