Job Description:

  • Handle customer service department & administration job.
  • Ensure all enquiries during working hours are answered or follow up during next day.
  • Reporting all done & pending cases to superior by daily basis.
  • Handle basic operation work such as admin approval, latest news updates & etc.
  • Office based job. Might need travel overseas if needed.
  • Attention to details and problem solving skills.
  • Manage with ad-hoc matters.


  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed!
  • Good spoken and written in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Required Skill: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Words and Microsoft Powerpoint.
  • Able to work independently with problem solving skills.
  • Able to travel to outstation when assigned.
