Responsibilities:
- Supervise and co-ordinate the input of hotel payroll information;
- Supervisor distribution of payroll cheques;
- Ensure that al lpolicies regarding payroll controls are adhered to;
- Undertake monthly bank reconciliation;
- Preparing payroll budget and forecast;
- Ensure that payroll runs monthly and preparing the labour analysis reports timely;
- Ensure that the monthly statutory contribution statements and remits timely to respective authorities such as EPF, Socso and LHDN;
- Prepare and distribute EA forms for all team members as per LHDN's statutory schedule;
- Assist DOF in yearly expatriate's tax return.
