- Required Skill(s): Banquet food preparation, ala carte, Kitchen operation planning, Menu Planning
- Preferably Manager specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.'
- To take part in the creation of recipes and the preparation of advanced items.
- A primary duty is the continued efficiency of the kitchen and production of consistent, quality food.
