· Assist in daily duties including filing, answering calls, responding to emails & other administrative duties for the company.
· Communicate with internal and external parties on matters related to administrative/project activities.
· Ad-hoc duties may be assigned by Management from time to time.
· Prepare payroll, claims and other related matters
· Work with company’s out-sourced accountant on monthly accounts closing, bank reconciliation and year end audits.
· Minimum SPM.
· Required language(s) : Chinese, English, & Bahasa Malaysia.
· Well versed with Microsoft Words, Excel, & Power Point
· Minimum 2 years' working experience
· Possess positive working attitude, independent, and good communication skills.
