Job Purpose
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for development and managing of all digital assets belonging to the company with the aim to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition effectively.
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Devises strategies to drive online traffic to the company website. Utilises a range of techniques including SEM, SEO, UAC.
2. Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing efforts
3. Reviews new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
4. Handles digital marketing outreach onsite and offsite
5. Oversees the social media strategy for the company.
6. Manages a range of digital media including the official website and social media channels, ensuring that design and contents are aligned with business objectives.
7. Oversees planning, delivery and management of all digital campaigns from ideation and execution to monitoring and escalation.
8. Brainstorms content with the team to promote brand-focused message for website and social and digital media platforms.
9. Tracking of effectiveness of social and digital media initiatives and prepare reports for Management review.
10. Works closely with the Sr Specialist PR & Marketing on special key digital projects
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree in Marketing / Communications
2. Previous experience in a similar digital marketing role of at least 6 years
3. Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice.
4. Experience in ecommerce, email marketing, and social media.
5. Strong knowledge in powerpoint and excel is a must
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation writing and delivery.
7. Experience with social media (facebook ads), Google Adwords, email/SMS campaigns and SEO/SEM. Proficient in web analytics tools (Google Analytics).
8. Digital savvy, creative and out-going personality
