Core Competency Requirement
-Diploma / Degree in Business Studies, Business Administration and or other related equivalent qualification
-Minimum 2 years' working experience as an in a similar capacity
-Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels
-Must be meticulous and high integrity in confidential matters and non-disclosure.
-Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
-Good organizing skills with the ability to manage timeline, filing, payment follow-up, appointments and able to work under pressure.
-Excellent organisational and time management skills.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint.
-Proficient in English and Mandarin language, as well as Bahasa Malaysia
- Greeting people as they enter an office or a business and directing them to COO
-Handle written correspondence, answer phones, forward calls and take messages to COO
-Scheduling meetings and arrange conference room
-Preparing documents and taking minutes for meeting
-Update and follow up appointments
-Booking room and travel arrangement
-Development and maintenance of an effective filing system
-Assisting in administrative tasks
