Job Responsibilities

1)      Responsible for day to day operation functions of accounting and administrative

2)      Prepare Group of Companies’ monthly management accounts

3)      Update daily revenue report

4)      Providing support for external audit and tax return

5)      Monitor and update daily cash flow

6)      Perform SST return

7)    Liaise with internal and external parties on accounting and administrative related matters including external auditor, co secretary, tax agent and banker

8)      Handle other ad-hoc accounts and administrative tasks assign by the Management

Job Requirements

1)      Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent

2)      At least 1-2 years of working experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

3)      Good interpersonal and communication skill

4)      Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Word & AutoCount

5)      Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese

6)      Able to work independently and self-motivated
