Develop and maintain Hotel software properly management system, smoothly to ensure a smooth computer system functioning without interruption to the hotel daily computer operation.
Develop expertise on all software and hardware used in hotel.
Develop IT policies & procedures and update it from time to time.
Maintain all hardware on an on-going basis.
Provide training to hotel team in maintaining new and existing computer systems and related Software applications.
Responsible for hotel system upgrade.
Assist in the training and mentoring of new staffs. Strives to develop new procedures that reduce workload and stress.
Ensure computer virus information alert is distributed to all Department users and maintain a high level of security at all times.
Assist in the processing of data and correcting errors as required.
Ensure all in-house guests’ Internet requests are solved promptly.
