Other Requirements: - Knowledge of Oracle financial accounting system, Excel skills and ability to learn and use applications. - Good communication skills both written and verbal. Must be able to communicate clearly, timely and accurately. - Ability to work in a team oriented environment as well as work independently in a time sensitive environment. - Ability to organize workload, adapt quickly to change and ability to meet deadlines and execute on commitments. Job Descriptions: - Process daily fixed assets transactions/ activities (capitalization, retirement, adjustment, transfer of assets between different legal entities within the group & dispatch asset tags) accurately in fixed asset ledgers. - Works with other departments to ensure timely communication of documents related to the acquisition and disposition of fixed assets. - Run depreciation and close fixed asset module for worldwide entities, - Assist in the monthly reconciliations between fixed assets sub ledger to General ledger. - Ensure compliance to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) which is designed in accordance with SOX process. - Assist in identification of process improvements and other duties as assigned.
