Position           : Admin Assistant

Location          : Shah Alam

Salary Range  : RM 1800 - RM 2000

  

Job Description:

  • To manage and organize company administrative works, procurement, purchasing and internal office matters.
  • To attend customer’s calls, enquiries, discussion and meeting.
  • Organize filling system and manage documentation in proper record.
  • Any ad hoc job as required.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM/SPTM, Professional Certificate, Diploma or equivalent. 
  • Preferably specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates with relevant background are welcome to apply.
  • Computer Literate in Microsoft Excel and Words.
  • Able to commence work immediately would be an advantage.
