Raw material inventory monitoring and requisition of replenishment via purchasing department.
Estimate future needs for materials, kitchen utensils and cleaning products.
Able to responds efficiently and accurately to customer positive feedback and complaints
Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it
Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
