- To handling of, and taking responsibilities for, customer enquiries made via phone, fax and e-mail or other conversation involving sales staff where appropriate.
- To provide and the customer drawing and preparing written quotation within company guidelines (24 hour responding).
- Follow up with related department on outsource delivery & requirement.
- To issue purchase order to vendors.
- To deal with overseas vendors especially china vendor and send RFQ to vendor.
- To process sales orders and develop a good business relationship with clients.
- To ensure and review that the Sales Contract terms and conditions are adhered to at all times.
- To ensure that the dimensions in the drawings are fully complied with on the parts of customer order.
- To process liaise with external and internal customer as required (drawing/order)
- To maintain the customer complaints are register and ensure the completion of the complaints procedure.
- To conduct customer satisfaction survey in yearly basis.
- To supply information with relation to products and services through Customer Satisfaction Survey at periodical intervals
- To monitor and alert failure in the feedback from Customer Satisfaction Survey and or Sales Contract.
- To work with customers to meet their needs and to be alert delivery requirement.
- Any other job assignments required by the immediate superior and or the Company from time to time.
- Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/ Graduate Diploma, any field.
- Required skill(s): Communication Skill, MS Office
- Required language(s): Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia & English. (Must be mandarin speaker)
- Applicants must be willing to work in Prai.
- Full-Time position(s) available. Applicants with at least 2 years of working experience in related field will be an added advantage.
- Candidates must be proactive and independent in solving problems.
