Job Responsibility

  • To manage office supply level to ensure everything is in order
  • To support marketing activities, such as event preparation, roadshow, training, etc
  • To source for quotations from various suppliers and propose the best deal to the Management
  • To coordinate with different department and make sure the operation is working smoothly
  • Assist Manager to arrange meetings, trainings and appointments and provide reminders as needed
  • Act as a primary point of contact between the Managers and internal/external clients
  • Develop and carry out efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records
  • To act as customer service representative to attend any enquiries from agents
  • Perform an ad-hoc task which is designated by reporting Manager
Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial or equivalent
  • Required skill(s): Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin , English
  • At least 1 year(s) working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Preferably Junior Executive specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
  • Good in time management and able to cope with stress situation
  • Candidate need to possess own transportation and willing to travel
  • Must be willing to work at Cyberjaya area or Semenyih area
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
