Job Responsibilities:
  • Maintains office operations by receiving and distributing communications; maintaining supplies and equipment; picking-up and delivering items; serving customers
  • Attend to all incoming and outgoing official telephone calls.
  • Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information.
  • Resolve customer complaints via phone, email and social media.
  • Perform general administrative duties
  • Normal working hour, Monday - Friday
  • Job Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree holder. SPM with experience is encouraged.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya, ideally has own transport.
  • Open race. Mandarin speaking is a must due to support China region.
