South Asia CSB Online team is looking for an exceptional individual who can manage online campaigns and content on, from participation in the planning discussions to flawless online execution. This role is responsible for delivering online growth and profitability by creating a customer focused site experience taking into account the customer, business objectives, competitive environment and Dell’s strategic initiatives.

This person owns the end-to-end online site and store merchandising, including weekly promotional execution and new product launches to drive online revenue using background knowledge of marketing and advertising in partnership with Merchandising Managers to create high impact online merchandising and communication. Working closely with the operations team to ensure all merchandising is executed effectively and efficiently.

He/she will align site merchandising and landing pages with ODG activities working closely with the SA merchandising and marketing plan.

The person will interact with the marketing team, the merchandising team, the online business managers, the content operations team and the global online organisation for the appropriate site merchandising planning, creative and development of site optimisation activities.

This individual will be responsible for:
  • Own end-to-end online site and store merchandising, including weekly promotional execution and new product launches
  • Participate in weekly merchandising plan review with key stakeholders including GTMs, OBM and merchandising team.
  • Ensure that quarterly site merchandising plans support the South Asia CSB business, participate and provide input into plans.
  • Collect and provide appropriate feedback as and when required on new creative, content and landing pages.
  • Outline quarterly merchandising plan for main purchase path in order to support key business initiatives, ODG campaigns, product launches, while keeping a balanced product mix representation.
  • Pre and post launch audit – complete weekly pre and post launch audits to ensure merchandising has launched in line with planning.
  • Continuously drive ideas to improve the effectiveness of the campaigns and improve website conversion.
  • Provide reporting as required on key metrics to review campaign performance.
  • Continuously review all aspects of the site and challenge the norm –redesign, test and search for improvements in conversion and leakage.

  • Demonstrate solid project management and ability to multitask/run multiple activities concurrently. Effectively handle multiple ad-hoc requests/projects.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills in a multi-cultural environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and multiple direction changes.
  • Think outside the box creatively – use creative and marketing skills to develop best in class merchandising and messaging
  • Excellent communication skills - ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization, and across multiple stakeholder teams.
  • Strong team player and supporter
  • Fluent in English.
  • General Marketing / Online / Online Marketing experience preferable
  • Finally, individual should have optimistic, but pragmatic attitude and like working in team/cross-functional settings.
