Responsibilities:
- Grow existing accounts and build new accounts.
- Lead, motivate and maintain strong working relationship with Product Advisors.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and account management KPI.
- Initiate and implement sales and marketing strategies to be competitive and ahead in the market.
- Provide excellent sales support, handle customers’ enquiries, follow up sales call, update sales status and prepare relevant reports in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Possess 7 – 10 years’ related working experience in OTC channel sales through pharmacies and retail chains.
- Good interpersonal skills in managing sales team and customers.
- Must be sales and marketing-oriented and customer-focused.
- Must be passionate in developing sales and marketing strategies continuously to remain competitive.
- Able to set goals and budgets, and develop strategies to achieve them.
