- To develop new business for the Food Service division, mainly on the key channels of hotels, catering and bakery
- Required to achieve pre-defined sales targets on a monthly basis
- To liaise with and coordinate with other departments
- To provide a professional and efficient point of contact for customers at all levels
- Any other reasonable tasks as required by management team.
- Monitor sales performance of own sales team
- Proven track record in developing markets and achieving business results
- Minimum 5 years Sales & Marketing experience handling Food Service accounts specific to HORECA & Bakery customers in the region
- Strong Food Service contacts
- Ability to deal at all levels
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.
- Highly self- motivated with a strong work ethic
- Very good written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to all levels of customers.
- Skilled negotiator
- Able to manage in a pressurised environment which may sometimes involve flexible hours including the ability to work longer hours to achieve deadlines/targets
- Willing to travel
