Admin cum HR Assistant

Shah Alam, Selangor - Kuala Lumpur, MY
Job Responsibility

  • Assist in data management and processes
  • Assist in HR administration and issuance of letters
  • Support on data preparation for system/ flow implementation
  • Assist in revision and standardization of HR related documents
  • To roll out, enforce and ensure compliances of company Group HR policies and practices
  • Updating staff database, maintain the leave records and monitor staff attendance records
  • Assist in work permit application
  • Handling all related matters to hostel such as Tenancy Agreement, Hostel inspection, etc.
  • Any other tasks assigned from time to time by the management.
Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree
  • Required language (s) : English, Bahasa Melayu
  • At least 2year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  • Aggressive and committed to work.
  • Positive working attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
  • Good personality and positive working attitudes, responsible, self-discipline and dedicate to work.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Able to start immediately or within short notice.
