  • Leading and developing the Trade Marketing team
  • Lead the development of channel strategies which prioritizes resource and seeks to achieve incremental sales growth opportunities in both new and existing channels
  • Coordinate with Sales team to optimize distribution and coverage in each channels at the lowest possible cost
  • Lead the Budget Planning Process in development of Category Plans which execute brand and channel strategies
  • Forecast and work out A&P budget, develop and orchestrate creative and innovation A&P campaigns to meet business objectives.
  • Anticipate, benchmark and proactively respond to competitive moves and tactics in each category, channel and customer
  • Lead new product introductions and work with Marketing to build "go to market" plans for each initiative, identifying new product KPIs and specific plans to protect base business by channel
  • Manage, approve and review trade promotion fund to meet sales target
  • Support Sales in development of key customer partnerships, ensuring alignment with the Category Plan, effective implementation and capturing and communicating results
  • Monitor & review trade spending effectiveness with improve ROI and meeting budget.
  • Conduct pre & post analysis of channel promotions, developing a library of performance history, and adjusting business plans based on results to drive improved return on investment for all types of trade / consumer spending


· Minimum Degree holder of any business discipline


· More than 8 years working experience in sales planning / trade marketing / key account management / marketing
